Bondage play

One of you is restrained tonight—hands, feet, or both. The bound partner stays put and goes along with what you've agreed on, within limits and safewords. The partner in charge sets pace, touch, and sequence.

Ideas:

• Light and sensual—hands only, tied with a scarf or silk to the bed

• Fully restrained—hands and feet (spread eagle)

• Blindfolded and tied—very intense

• Take turns—each gets a session (e.g. 30 minutes each)

Rules:

• Agree on a safeword (e.g. "red" means stop immediately)

• Keep safety scissors within reach

• No unwanted pain—this is about surrendering control, not enduring pain

• Allow at least 45–60 minutes per person
