Aftercare only
The whole evening is about closeness afterward—cuddling, stroking, and simply being together.
I.Task
Task
How to approach this challenge—at your pace, with clear boundaries.
Tonight there is no sex, or at least not in the usual sense, and the whole evening belongs to the closeness afterward.
II.How you start — pick one
How you start — pick one
- A bath: You run the water, stay in a long time, and wash each other without turning it into a game.
- Massage or lying down: One of you massages, or you simply lie skin to skin and let the evening slow down.
III.Preparation
Preparation
- Keep 60 to 90 minutes free and put the phones in another room, so nothing pulls you out of the closeness.
- Put fresh sheets on the bed, dim the light, and have a blanket ready that you can stay under.
- Keep water within reach, so you do not have to get up for a drink.
- Set out oil if a massage is part of it, and a towel so the sheet stays dry.
- Agree beforehand that sex is not the goal tonight and that a no to it does not spoil the evening.
IV.How it goes
How it goes
- You start with the bath, the massage, or lying down, whichever you chose.
- The cuddling can last, without turning it into foreplay.
- Hands stroke slowly over the whole body, and forehead, neck, and back get kisses.
- You lie skin to skin and breathe, without having to fill the quiet.
- You whisper what you love about the other, or how this moment feels.
- Afterward you stay lying there until the time is up or you get up on your own.
V.Rules
Rules
- Sex is not a duty tonight, and whoever still wants it asks, instead of steering toward it.
- Sixty minutes of closeness are enough, and ninety are lovelier.
- Whoever needs space can turn away or get up without having to explain.
- Work, to-dos, and arguments stay outside, because the evening is only for the two of you.
VI.Extra level for more fun
Extra level for more fun
- A quiet playlist plays, low enough that you can still hear a whisper.
- The massage covers one whole side of the body before you swap.
- You each write one sentence about what you love about each other's body, and you read it aloud.
- The light stays dim until you fall asleep, so the room does not snap back to ordinary.
- In the morning the phone stays down, and you start with cuddling before the day arrives.
