I.Task

How to approach this challenge—at your pace, with clear boundaries.

Tonight there is only oral, no penetration, and the mouth does the stimulating while hands hold, stroke, or steady.

II.The evening — pick one

Taking turns: One gives, the other receives, and then you swap so both get a turn.
At the same time: You stay in 69, or one lies still while the other takes the time.

III.Preparation

Put a pillow under the hips or the neck so neither of you has to crane the neck.
Keep water ready and a towel, because this lasts longer than a quick round.
Agree how you will signal when pace, depth, or swallowing should change.
Dim the light and put the phones away, so the evening stays about this.
Take at least 30 minutes, because rushing makes it thin.

IV.How it goes

You start slowly, with kisses on the body, before the mouth goes between the legs.
The mouth does the work. Hands can hold, stroke, or steady, but they do not take over.
You say quietly what feels good, or move a hand to the spot you mean.
You can lie in butterfly, with legs up, or in missionary, whichever is easier on the neck.
Close to the edge you can slow the pace and build it again, if you want that.
Stay lying there afterward. You can swap, but you do not have to.

One of you only lies there and receives, and the other takes as long as the neck can manage.
You tease close to the edge and bring the pace back down.
Stay in 69 together, and do not rush the ending.
A blindfold makes the mouth clearer, because there is nothing to look at, only the feeling.
Afterward you kiss once more before you get up.
