How to approach this challenge—at your pace, with clear boundaries.

Tonight one of you wears a blindfold, and for 30 to 45 minutes the other leads with touch, breath, and skin only, within the limits you agreed on first.

Closeness only: The blindfold is for stroking, kissing, and breath. Sex is not the goal tonight.
Further: The touch may turn into sex if you both still want that after the first minutes have gone well.

III.Preparation

Preparation

Use a blindfold that sits without pinching, and try it on briefly before you begin.
Agree on limits and a word that takes the blindfold off at once.
Clear the way to the bed and say where the edge is, so nobody misses the edge of the bed.
Warm your hands, and set out oil or lube if you want to use it.
Put the phones away and keep 30 to 45 minutes clear, so nobody watches the clock.

IV.How it goes

How it goes

The blindfold goes on before the first touch.
Whoever can see leads with breath and hands and says what comes next, so nothing startles.
You stay close, in spooning, missionary, or lotus.
Spend at least 30 minutes on touch, and only go further if you both still want to.
The blindfold comes off only when you agree, or at once on the stop word.
Afterward you turn the light on, look at each other, and stay lying together.
